Born in Philadelphia US & raised in Ioannina Greece, Niko Dalagelis aka "One Of Them" has been entrenched in the electronic music scene for many years. In 2002 he moved back to the States and settled in New York. He studied Music and Economics at CCNY, which is located in the heart of Harlem. His education led to working on his first tracks. After having several early releases on labels like Dave Seaman’s, Audio Therapy, Chris Fortier’s Fade Records, Satoshi Tommie’s Saw Records, and many more, Niko started his solo career under the moniker "One Of Them".
After releasing numerous EPs on labels like Brooklyn’s Moodgadget Records, John Graham aka Quiver’s Boz Boz to name a few, demand for remixes soon followed from labels like John Digweed Bedrock Records, Moodmusic and Brooklyn’s Wold + Lamn. In 2010 Niko was also asked to compile and mix the Fade Records label DJ compilation ”Audio Tour 3”. Niko has also been busy on a side project along with Ryan Cavanagh aka "Slow Hands" – “Wolf + Lamb” under the alias "Male Madame". Together they have had releases on labels like Tigers On A Leash and Fade records and worked on various live projects. His versatile sound is ranging from house, techno, ambient & experimental electronica and he has managed to establish himself as a well respected artist in the electronic music industry earning him spots at the Okeechobbe Festival were he performed alongside Skrillex, Bonobo and Mamford and Sons, and gigs around the globe.
In 2020 Niko created his Record label Artificial Owl Recordings which is focused on ambient and experimental music and will be releasing vinyl globally.
Niko is also responsible for the music creation of Australia’s L'officiel Magazine videos featuring Sharon Stone, Brand Pitt, Jack Nicholson, Wyclef Jean and many more.
